We had pet insurance for our two cats already, and when we brought Ollie home as a puppy we decided to take out pet insurance for him right away. Just 2 weeks after enrolling in the program, Ollie had an accident by the pool at our apartment complex and fractured his elbow. The leg had to be amputated due to infection. Taking out pet insurance was the best and luckiest thing we've ever done! Client: Cassidy & Shannon; Dallas, Texas Pet: Ollie, Pug, 6 months Claim Paid: $2,473.44 |

I had never had pet health insurance before I took it out for my Norwegian Forest Cat, Sonshine Superstar. He developed liver problems requiring expensive veterinary intervention. I received my reimbursement check in the mail yesterday and I am very happy I decided to insure Soni with PetCare Insurance! We have two Golden Retrievers that are each insured with PetCare Pet Insurance. It is a great thing to have, and definitely helped us with the veterinary expenses for Sierra’s foreign body ingestion treatment. She is doing great, and it is as if the accident had never happened. We have told all of our pet owner friends and family that they should sign up with PetCare Insurance. Client: Michael Hogan Pet: Sierra, Golden Retriever, age 4 Condition: Foreign Body Ingestion Claim Paid: $2,000 |

I decided to sign up for pet insurance with PetCare after a friend told me about it, and I realized it wasn't a bad price, and that I could afford it! Only a few days after I signed up for PetCare coverage, my dog was hit by a car. Chelsea dislocated her hip and had a broken pelvis. I was pleased to see that Petcare paid the claim, even though I had only been signed up for a couple of days. She is doing really well now, and just today started running again. I have been telling all my friends about PetCare! Client: Kerrie Sanders Pet: Chelsea, German Sheppard, age 5 Condition: Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Paid: $1495.36 |

We adopted our cat from The New Haven Animal Shelter in July 2003, and named her Seabiscuit - in honor of the gritty, brave, and quirky equine hero. Seabiscuit, a five-year-old calico cat, had just weaned her beautiful litter of five at the shelter and was looking for a home. As a longtime volunteer at the shelter, I was aware of PetCare's excellent insurance program for shelter animals and decided to get it for our new Biscuit. In retrospect, I am very glad I did. Shortly after we brought her home, Biscuit was diagnosed with asthma - then only a few months later, mammary cancer. She is doing very well now and her prognosis is excellent. But throughout her illnesses, it was tremendously reassuring to know that PetCare was there to help. When I called for information, your staff was always courteous and sensitive. And PetCare's reimbursement was fast and simple! The Biscuit and I thank you for the peace-of-mind. Thank you so very much for being there during our recent crisis with DJ and the poisoning incident! We think it was the canned dog food that has been recalled nation-wide that caused her illness. She presented symptoms of vomiting, weakness, panting, thirsting, and could barely walk. She was originally misdiagnosed with cancer and we were told we may have to put her down, but we chose to wait, doubting the diagnosis. DJ required IV, tests, and hospitalization for several days; all of which was covered by PetCare. When she got back from the hospital I put her on raw foods and she bounced right back and seems better than ever! Client: Maureen Kirby Pet: DJ, Husky/Lab cross, 9 years old Condition: Liver ProblemsClaim submitted: $1215.22 Claim Paid: $972.18 |

When I signed my cats up for PetCare insurance I had no idea how wonderful it would be. Nova had a urinary tract infection and required surgery. PetCare paid almost the entire amount of the surgery plus they paid all of the cost of the medications and prescription food. When I got my Brussels Griffon I immediately signed her up. Several months later she needed surgery for a luxated patella and PetCare paid all but my $100 deductible. This is the best and only pet insurance to buy....I told my vet about it and had PetCare send him brochures to put in his office and have recommended them to my family and friends.
